The Employees Guild
The Kitsap 911 Employee’s Guild is the exclusive bargaining representative for three bargaining units of employees working for Kitsap 911 (CENCOM).

About Our Guild
The Kitsap 911 Employees’ Guild is the exclusive bargaining unit for regular full-time and regular part-time employees of Kitsap 911 (CENCOM) and includes regular full-time and part-time supervisory employees, excluding members of management or employees covered under a separate bargaining unit.
One bargaining units consists of all full-time and regular-part time Operations employees at Kitsap911 including the classification of Emergency Telecommunicator Trainee, Emergency Telecommunicator, Non Emergency Call Receiver and Bargaining Unit Extra Help.
The second bargaining units consists of the Operations Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors that work at Kitsap 911.
The third bargaining unit consists of Technical Services Group employee classifications including Office Support Technician, Communication Center Technician, CAD Engineer, Radio Technician, Radio Engineer and Programmer Analyst.
All three bargaining units are represented by the same Guild that consists of an Executive Board in which the members on the board represent both sides of the united Guild.
